Buffering can come from the home network, the device, the player, a VPN route or a temporary source issue. Check the simplest causes first.
1. Restart the network
Power off the router for a short period, restart it, then reconnect your device. This clears many temporary routing and Wi-Fi problems.
2. Test another channel or category
If only one item has a problem, the issue may be isolated. If everything is slow, test your internet connection and reduce other heavy network activity.
3. Restart or change the player
Force close the app and reopen it. If you use a third-party player, trying another compatible player can help identify whether the issue is app-specific.
4. Check VPN use
If a VPN is enabled, temporarily disable it while testing. Some VPN servers add latency or reduce throughput.
5. Contact support with useful details
Send the device model, app name, affected channel/title, approximate time of the issue and a screenshot where possible. That gives support enough information to investigate quickly.
